Game Day Goodie: Blueberry Yogurt Swirl Popsicles

Cool down your summer with these delicious protein-filled popsicles. They are a burst of antioxidants and calcium to fuel your snack time! Tips: vary up the flavor by exchanging blueberries for your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

What you will need

2 cups blueberries

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

2 tbs. agave

Instructions

Blend blueberries in a food processor or blender on high until nearly liquified into a smoothie-like consistency.

Pour the thick berry liquid into a large bowl. Stir in the agave. Add the yogurt and very gently mix everything together. For a tie-dye look, do not fully blend the yogurt and blueberries so that you have patches of white and blue. Note: the mixture will be thick.

Pour mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. If your popsicle mold has slots for sticks you can insert them before freezing – if not, freeze for 2 hours, then put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle. Continue to freeze for an additional 4-6 hours overnight.

Run popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove.
