Game Day Goodie: Cinnamon, Apple, Almond Breakfast Smoothie

What you will need
6 – 8 oz. water
1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder
1 apple, core removed, and sliced into wedges
1 cup of spinach
1.5 tbs. almond butter
1 tbs. ground flaxseed
pinch of cinnamon
ice to your liking
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
