Game Day Goodie: Dark Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Mix up your morning breakfast routine with these simple game day goodie dark chocolate protein pancakes!
What you will need
1 cup uncooked quick oats
1 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
3 tbs. vanilla extract
3 tbs. Hershey’s dark chocolate baking chips
Blend ingredients (except dark chocolate chips) into a batter.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Use cooking spray and cook on medium in skillet or on a griddle. Serve immediately.
