Game Day Goodie: Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites
What you will need
1 cup Medjool Dates, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup oats
1 (5.3oz) container siggi’s pumpkin & spice skyr
2 tbs. chia seeds
1/8 tsp. fine sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. The mixture should be coarse, but moist throughout.
Once combined, form mixture into one-ounce balls.
Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour and enjoy!
