Game Day Goodie: Spinach Avocado Dip

What you will need
5 cups raw spinach
1 large avocado
½ yellow onion
1–2 cloves garlic, freshly crushed
½ tsp. pink Himalayan salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Put all ingredients into a food processor, and pulse until well-combined. The resulting dip will be creamy with no chunks of spinach.
