Ingredients

  • 4 cups dark green leafy greens
  • ½ tomato
  • ½ cup raw broccoli
  • 3 oz boneless, skinless grilled chicken
  • 1 hard-boiled egg white
  • ½ green apple
  • ¼ cup corn
  • 2 Tbs. chopped pecans
  • ¼ medium avocado

 

Instructions

Layer salad and use avocado as dressing. If needed, drizzle balsamic vinaigrette.
