Game Day Goodie: Korean Beef Lettuce Rolls

What you will need
12 oz. extra-lean ground beef (95% lean)
3 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp. Asian chili garlic sauce
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 (12 oz.) bag shredded broccoli slaw mix
8 large iceberg lettuce cups
1/2 cup chopped red sweet pepper
In a 12-inch skilled cook ground beef over medium-high until browned.
Stir in soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil.
Stir in broccoli slaw.
Cook and stir over medium 2 to 3 minutes or just until slaw is wilted.
Spoon meat mixture onto lettuce cups.
Top with sweet pepper and, if desired, drizzle with additional chili garlic sauce.
Fold bottom edge of lettuce over filling. Fold in opposite sides and roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
