Game Day Goodie: Swimsuit Friendly Chips & Salsa

Snack smart with this cooling, antioxidant rich version of chips and salsa. The low calories make it great for those trying to maintain their bikini body throughout the summer.


What you will need

1 ¼ pounds tomatoes, finely chopped

½ cup sweet onion, chopped

½ cup cilantro, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced

2 tbs. fresh lime juice

salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1 large seedless cucumber, sliced ¼ inch thick



In a bowl, toss the tomatoes with onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.


Serve the salsa with cucumber chips for dipping.
