Game Day Goodie: Valentine’s Day Yogurt Parfait

Looking for a way to sweeten up your Valentine’s Day breakfast without falling off track when it comes to healthy eating? Then this is the recipe for you! One serving contains 20g of protein to keep you fuller for longer and get your day started the right way.


What you will need

6 oz. low-fat, plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup mixed berries

1/4 cup low-fat, low-sugar granola

1/2 tsp. honey



Alternate layers of berries with yogurt and granola.


Top with granola and honey.
